Ingredients Serving: 10

  1. Refined flour 4 cups
  2. Semolina 1/2 cup
  3. Powder sugar 2 cups
  4. Water 1 cup to knead
  5. Salt 1 pinch
  6. Oil for deep frying
  7. Essence 2 drop
  8. Ghee melted 1/2 cup

Instructions

  1. Mix all purpose flour, Sugar ,vanilla essence, salt, semolina.
  2. Add ghee and rub into it.
  3. Knead a dough with help of water.
  4. Make a tight dough cover it and keep aside for 15 minutes
  5. Break into small pieces and roll into the round thus forming a grovved shaped
  6. Make a hole with the help of fork
  7. Groved kjajuri ready for frying
  8. Heat oil
  9. Deep fry the khajuri
  10. Khajuri is ready.
