Instructions

  1. WASH CAULIFLOWER AND CUT,BOIL CAULIFLOWER 15MINUTES AT MEDIUM HEAT.
  2. MASH CAULIFLOWER.
  3. TAKE A PAN PUT ADD GHEE
  4. ADD KISMIS TILL THAN GOLDEN BROWN
  5. GOLDEN BROWN
  6. AFTER FRY KISMIS ADD MORE GHEE
  7. ADD MASED CAULIFLOWER COOK TILL THAN 15MINUTES AT MEDIUM HEAT
  8. COOK 15MINUTES,,LOOKING SUPERP
  9. ADD SUGER
  10. COOKED DISSOLVE SUGER
  11. ADD DRY FRUITS
  12. ADD KHOYA
  13. ADD KESER MILK
  14. KESERIYA COLOUR LOOKING AMAZING
  15. TAKE A THALI SEPRAT GHEE PUT IN BURFI MIXTURE & COOL IT. KEEP ASIDE AFTER COOL CUT IT BURFI SHAPE ANY SHAPE. 8)SERVE IT.
