Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. For dough 1 cup Maida
  2. Crushed Ajwain 1/2 tsp
  3. Salt to taste
  4. ghee 2 tbsp
  5. For stuffing Oil 1 tbsp
  6. Finely chopped onion 2
  7. Finely chopped ginger 1 inch
  8. Finely chopped garlic 6 pods
  9. Peas handful
  10. Finely chopped carrot 2
  11. Finely chopped beans 10
  12. Potatoes 4 medium size
  13. Coriander leaves
  14. Salt
  15. Red chilli powder 1 tsp
  16. Garam masala 1 tsp
  17. Chat masala 1 tsp
  18. coriander powder 1 tsp
  19. Fennel seeds powder 1 tsp
  20. Turmeric 1/2 tsp
  21. oil for deep fry

Instructions

  1. MIX 1 CUP MAIDA, AJWAIN, GHEE, SALT AND WATER. KNEAD A DOUGH
  2. REST THE DOUGH
  3. HEAT OIL. SAUTE FINELY CHOPPED ONION
  4. SAUTE FINELY CHOPPED GINGER, GARLIC AND GREEN CHILLIES
  5. SAUTE PEAS, FINELY CHOPPED CARROT AND BEANS
  6. SAUTE BOILED MASHED POTATOES
  7. TAKE 1 TSP TURMERIC, RED CHILLI, GARAM MASALA, CORIANDER, FENNEL SEEDS, CHAT MASALA POWDER AND SALT
  8. ADD SPICES AND SALT
  9. ADD FINELY CHOPPED CORIANDER LEAVES. COOL THE STUFFING
  10. ROLL ROTIS. CUT IN TO HALVES
  11. SEAL THE ENDS OF SEMI CIRCLE
  12. MAKE A CONE
  13. ADD STUFFING. SEAL THE CONE
  14. SAMOSA IS READY TO FRY
  15. FRY THEM TILL THE COLOR CHANGES TO GOLDEN BROWN COLOR
