Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Gobhi crushed 2 cups
  2. Salt to taste
  3. Red chilli powder 1/4 tsp
  4. Jeera 1 tsp
  5. green chilli chopped 2
  6. ginger crushed 1 tsp

Instructions

  1. INTO 2.5 CUPS GRATED GOBHI, ADD 1 TSP CUMIN, 2 TSP GINGER, 2 GREEN CHILLIES, 1/4 TSP RED CHILLI AND SALT TO TASTE
  2. MIX WELL
  3. PLACE MIXTURE OVER ROLLED OUT ROTIS
  4. WRAP AND ROLL OUT AGAIN
  5. GRILL ON BOTH SIDES ON A HOT TAVA, BRUSHING 1 TBSP GHEE
  6. TAKE OFF HEAT WHEN BROWN AND CRISP, SERVE HOT
