Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Semolina 1 bowl
  2. peas 1/2 cup
  3. Potato 1
  4. oil 2 tsp
  5. Hing 1 pinch
  6. Mustard seeds 1/2 tsp
  7. Salt to taste
  8. Red chilli powder 1/2 tsp
  9. Haldi 1/2 tsp
  10. Left over daal as needed

Instructions

  1. Add 1/4 tsp asafoetida and 1 tsp mustard seeds into 2 tbsp hot ghee.
  2. Add 2 onions, 1 boiled potato and 1/4 cup peas. Saute for 2-3 mins.
  3. Add 1 cup semolina
  4. Add red chilli, turmeric, salt to taste and leftover dal.
  5. Mix. Add 2 cups water. Cover and cook for 5-7mins.
