Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. oil 3tbsp
  2. Mustard seeds 1tsp
  3. cumin seeds 1/2tsp
  4. Ajwain 1/2 tsp
  5. garlic chopped 1/2 tsp
  6. Green chilli 1
  7. onion bulbs
  8. Spring onion 250gms
  9. Red chilli powder 1tsp
  10. turmeric powder 1/4 tsp
  11. coriander powder 1 tsp
  12. salt to taste
  13. Roasted gram flour 4tbsp
  14. lemon juice 1tsp
  15. Garam masala 1/2 tsp

Instructions

  1. ADD 1 TSP MUSTARD SEEDS INTO 3 TBSP HOT OIL
  2. ADD 1/2 TSP EACH OF CUMIN & CAROM SEEDS
  3. ADD 1 TSP GREEN CHILLIES & 1/2 TSP GARLIC
  4. ADD 1/2 CUP ONION BULBS, FRY TILL GOLDEN BROWN
  5. ADD 1/2 TSP TURMERIC, 1 TSP EACH OF RED CHILLI & CORIANDER
  6. ADD SALT TO TASTE
  7. ADD 250 GMS SPRING ONION GREENS, COOK FOR 2-3 MINS
  8. ADD 4 TBSP ROASTED GRAM FLOUR, BRISKLY MIX
  9. COOK FOR 4-5 MINS ON LOW HEAT
  10. SPRINKLE 1/2 TSP EACH OF GARAM MASALA & LEMON JUICE, TAKE OFF HEAT, SERVE
