Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. For Stuffing Mixed sprouts 1 cup
  2. carrot 1
  3. capsicum 1
  4. Coriander leaves few
  5. Red chilli powder 1 tsp
  6. Salt to taste
  7. For Roti Wheat flour 2 cups
  8. Salt to taste
  9. oil 1 tsp
  10. Ghee to fry paratha

Instructions

  1. STEAM MIXED SPROUTS, DRAIN, COOL & MASH LIGHTLY
  2. ADD CHOPPED CAPSICUM, CARROT, CORIANDER, SALT & CHILLI POWDER TO TASTE
  3. MAKE ROTI FROM WHEAT FLOUR DOUGH, PLACE 2 TBSP STUFFING ON TOP, APPLY DRY FLOUR ON THE SIDES
  4. PLACE ANOTHER ROTI ON TOP, SEAL THE SIDES, ROAST ON HOT TAVA
  5. APPLY GHEE, COOK ON BOTH SIDES TILL GOLDEN BROWN, SERVE HOT
