Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. Lady finger
  2. oil to deep fry
  3. ginger 1inch
  4. garlic 6-7 cloves
  5. Green chilli 2
  6. onion 1
  7. tomato 1
  8. Red chilli powder 1 1/2 tsp
  9. turmeric powder 1/4 tsp
  10. coriander powder 2 1/2 tsp
  11. Garam masala 1tsp
  12. salt
  13. cilantro

Instructions

  1. FRY 250 GMS CHOPPED & SLIT BHINDI IN 1/2 CUP OIL
  2. DRAIN EXCESS OIL, KEEP ASIDE
  3. IN THE SAME HOT OIL, ADD A PINCH OF ASAFOETIDA
  4. ADD 1.5 TBSP GINGER, GARLIC & GREEN CHILLIES
  5. ADD 1 ONION, FRY TILL GOLDEN BROWN
  6. ADD 1 TOMATO, SAUTE WELL
  7. ADD 1/4 TSP TURMERIC, 1.5 TSP RED CHILLI & 2.5 TSP CORIANDER & 1 TSP CUMIN
  8. ADD SOME WATER AND COOK TILL OIL SEPARATES
  9. ADD THE FRIED BHINDI, MIX & COOK FOR 5-7 MINS
  10. SPRINKLE 1 TSP GARAM MASALA & FRESH, CORIANDER, SERVE HOT
