Ingredients Serving: 6

  1. 1 cup chopped capsicum
  2. 1/2 cup chopped onion
  3. 2 cup chopped tomato
  4. 1cup frozen green peas
  5. 2cup mashed potato
  6. 2 table spoon pav bhaji masala
  7. Salt to taste
  8. 1teaspoon Chilli powder
  9. Water as required
  10. 2table spoon butter
  11. Pav as required
  12. Butter to toast pav

Instructions

  1. HEAT A FRYING PAN ADD CHOPPED CAPSICUM
  2. SOUTE LITTLE / WITHOUT ANY OIL OR BUTTER
  3. ADD ONION AND SOUTE FOR 3 MINUTES UNTILL PINK
  4. ADD TOMATOES
  5. ADD GREEN PEAS
  6. ADD SALT AND MIX WELL COOK FOR 10 MINUTES ON MEDIUM HEAT.
  7. ADD PAV BHAJI MASALA AND MIX AND ROAST OF COUPLEOF MINUTES
  8. ADD WATER
  9. COOK WITH A LID FOR 10 MIUTES ON MEDIUM HEAT.
  10. ADD MASHED POTATO
  11. MIX WELL AND COOK FOR 5 MINUTES
  12. ADD BUTTER AND MIX WELL .
  13. MASH ALL VEGETABLES
  14. ADD SOME WATER TO ADJUST CONSISTENCY OF BHAJI AND COOK FOR ANOTHER 5 MINUTES
  15. BHAJI IS READY
  16. CUT PAV INTO TWO HALVES
  17. GREASE GRIDDLE WITH BUTTER
  18. TOAST PAV BOTH SIDES
