ABOUT Streetstyle Pav Bhaji RECIPE

Famous street food pav bhaji. Whenever we would go to juhu beach, pav bhaji was one snack we would always have. Making pav bhaji at home is very easy. I personaly prefer to use Amul butter while making pav bhaji, but you could use any brand. The best taste of pav bhaji comes with using the perfect pav bhaji masala.

Ingredients Serving: 6

  1. 5 tbsp Butter
  2. Jeera 1 tsp
  3. Onion 1 large
  4. 2 tsp Ginger garlic paste
  5. 3 cups mixed boiled veggies
  6. Butter for garnish
  7. Chopped corriender leaves 1/2 cup
  8. Salt to taste
  9. 1 cup vegetables boiled water
  10. 2 large boiled potatoes chopped
  11. 3 tsp pav bhaji masala
  12. Degi mirch 4 tsp
  13. 2 GREEN CHILLI CHOPPED
  14. 3 tomato s chopped

Instructions

  1. ADD 1 TSP CUMIN IN 5 TBSP MELTED BUTTER
  2. ADD 1 ONION
  3. ADD 2 TSP GINGER-GARLIC PASTE
  4. ADD 2 GREEN CHILLIES
  5. ADD 3 TOMATOES, COOK TILL SOFT & MASH
  6. ADD 2 CAPSICUMS, COOK FOR 1 MINUTE, MASH
  7. ADD 4 TSP RED CHILLI & 3 TSP PAV BHAJI MASALA
  8. ADD 2 BOILED POTATOES
  9. ADD 1/2 CUP BOILED VEGGIES & 1 CUP BOILED WHITE PEAS
  10. MIX, MASH, COOK TILL SOFT
  11. BOIL WITH SALT TO TASTE & 1 CUP WATER / VEGGIE STOCK
  12. GARNISH WITH FRESH CORIANDER & BUTTER, SERVE WITH PAV
