Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 4-5 Bread slices
  2. 1/2 cup hung curd
  3. 1/2 cup grated carrot
  4. 1/2 cup Grated cucumber
  5. 1/2 cup chopped onion
  6. 1/2 cup chopped onion greens
  7. 1/2 cup chopped coriander leaves
  8. salt (to taste)
  9. 1/2 teaspoon black pepper powder
  10. 1 teaspoon chaat masala

Instructions

  1. ADD 1/2 CUP EACH OF ONIONS & CARROTS INTO 1/2 CUP HUNG CURD
  2. ADD 1/2 CUP EACH OF CUCUMBER & ONION GREENS
  3. ADD SALT, 1/2 TSP PEPPER & 1 TSP CHAT MASALA
  4. ADD A HANDFUL OF FRESH CORIANDER & MIX
  5. PLACE STUFFING IN BETWEEN BREAD SLICES
  6. CUT & SERVE
