  7. 1 tbsp black pepper

Instructions

  1. CHOPPED ONION, GINGER , GARLIC , VEGGIES and SAUCES
  2. GRATED CAPSICUM, CARROT and CABBAGE
  3. ADD FLOUR and RED COLOR
  4. MAKE A BALL and DEEP FRY
  5. ADD GINGER GARLIC AND CHOPPED VEGGIES IN LITTLE OIL
  6. SAUTE
  7. ADD ALL SAUCES AND SALT, BLACK PEPPER
  8. ADD CORNFLOUR WATER FOR THICKNEES
  9. BOIL
  10. ADD MANCHURIAN BALLS
  11. READY NOW
