Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Prawns 250 gm
  2. Oil 3tbsp
  3. Ginger garlic crushed 1tbsp
  4. 1/2 tsp Red Chili flakes
  5. 1 Medium sized onion sliced
  6. Soy Sauce 1tsp
  7. Red chili sauce 1tbsp
  8. 1/2 tsp honey
  9. 1/2 tsp cornstarch
  10. Salt to taste
  11. fresh coriander leaves chopped
  12. 4tbsp Water
  13. 2 Dry red chilies de-seeded


  1. In a bowl, stir together water, sauces, cornflour, honey, crushed chili flakes and then set aside.Heat oil in a wok or pan over medium-high heat and fry prawns. Keep aside
  2. Heat oil in a wok or pan over medium-high heat and stir in ginger and garlic. Saute until raw aroma goes off
  3. Add dry red chilies, sliced onions and saute until onions are translucent
  4. Stir in prawns, salt and toss to coat with oil and then stir in prepared water and sauce mix and cook and stir until it is bubbly and thickened.
  5. Garnish with Coriander leaves. Serve hot with rice
