Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Rice flour 1 cup
  2. 1 small onion , finely chopped
  3. Grated carrot 4tbsp
  4. Chopped capsicum 3tbsp
  5. Finely chopped 1 inch ginger
  6. Finely chopped Amaranth leaves 1/4 cup
  7. Finely chopped coriander leaves 3tbsp
  8. Finely chopped curry leaves 2 tbsp
  9. Finely chopped de-seeded green chilies -1
  10. jeera 1/2 tsp
  11. Salt to taste

Instructions

  1. MIX ALL VEGGIES TOGETHER. REST FOR 5 MINUTES
  2. ADD RICE FLOUR TO VEGGIES AND MIX WELL. ADD LITTLE WATER. KNEAD A DOUGH
  3. MAKE SMALL BALLS FROM DOUGH. REST FOR 5 MINS
  4. FLATTEN THE DOUGH ON SURFACE
  5. GREASE ROTI WITH OIL
  6. USING SPATULA, PLACE ROTI ON TAWA
  7. SHALLOW FRY ROTI ON LOW HEAT FOR 5 MINS
