Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 1 cup Multigrain flour
  2. 2 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
  3. 1/2 cup Sugar
  4. 1/2 cup khoya
  5. 1 tsp baking powder
  6. 1/4 cup chopped almonds + 1 tbsp chopped walnuts
  7. 2 apples peeled cored and grated
  8. 1/2 cup hot milk
  9. 1/2 tsp vanilla essence
  10. 1/4 cup oil
  11. 1/8 tsp salt

Instructions

  1. ADD 1/2 CUP GRATED KHOYA TO 1 CUP MULTI-GRAIN FLOUR
  2. ADD 1/2 CUP SUGAR, 1 TSP BAKING POWDER
  3. ADD 2 GRATED APPLES
  4. ADD 1/4 CUP OIL, 1 TBSP WALNUTS
  5. ADD 2 TBSP COCOA POWDER, MIX EVERYTHING WELL
  6. ADD 1/2 CUP HOT MILK, 1/2 TSP VANILLA ESSENCE, BLEND WELL
  7. POUR BATTER TO MUFFIN MOULDS, SPRINKLE DRY FRUITS. MICROWAVE ON HIGH FOR 2-3 MINS. SERVE WARM
