Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Besan flour 1/4 cup
  2. Fried Gram 1/4 cup
  3. Rice flour 1 tsp optional
  4. onion sliced 1
  5. capsicum Julienne 2 tbsp
  6. carrot julienne 2 tbsp
  7. ginger Julienne 1 inch
  8. 2 Green chilies finely chopped
  9. curry leaves 6-7
  10. 2 tbsp coriander leaves
  11. saunf 1/2 tsp
  12. Red chili powder 1/2 tsp
  13. salt 1/2 tsp
  14. cashews 2 tbsp
  15. oil for deep fry

Instructions

  1. GRIND 1/4 CUP FRIED GRAM DAL TO FINE POWDER
  2. CUT REQUIRED VEGETABLES
  3. ADD RED CHILLY POWDER, SALT, GINGER, CURRY AND CORIANDER LEAVES IN A MIXING BOWL
  4. ADD VEGETABLES AND MIX WELL
  5. ADD SAUNF, 1/4 CUP BESAN AND FRIED GRAM FLOUR.
  6. MIX WELL
  7. ADD 1 TSP HOT OIL. MIX WELL
  8. FRY PAKORAS OVER MEDIUM HEAT UNTIL GOLDEN BROWN. DRAIN EXCESS OIL , SERVE HOT
