Ingredients Serving: 5

  1. 1 cup Rawa
  2. 10 bread slices
  3. 3 big teaspoon fresh malai
  4. 2 tbsp chopped capsicum
  5. 2 tbsp chopped onion
  6. 2 tbsp chopped carrot
  7. 2 tbsp chopped tomatoes
  8. 1 tsp red chili powder
  9. 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
  10. 1/2 tsp cumin seeds
  11. butter or ghee to drizzle
  12. 1/2 tsp dry mint leaves powder

Instructions

  1. DRY ROAST 1 CUP SEMOLINA TILL GOLDEN BROWN. COOL COMPLETELY
  2. ADD 2 TBSP EACH OF CARROT, CAPSICUM, ONION, TOMATO
  3. ADD 3 TBSP FRESH MILK CREAM
  4. ADD 1/2 TSP TURMERIC, 1 TSP RED CHILI , 1/2 TSP CUMIN
  5. ADD SALT, 1/2 TSP MINT POWDER. MIX WELL
  6. CUT CIRCLES FROM 10 BREAD SLICES
  7. SPREAD TOMATO KETCHUP AND READY MIXTURE ON TOP
  8. BRUSH WITH GHEE ON PLAIN SIDE, GRILL ON A HOT TAVA
  9. BROWN ON BOTH SIDES TILL CRISP
  10. SERVE HOT
