Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Cauliflower florets 1 cup
  2. Potatoes 2, cubed
  3. Onions 2, chopped
  4. Ginger garlic paste 1 tsp
  5. Red chili powder 1 tbsp
  6. Salt to taste
  7. Tomatoes 2, finely chopped
  8. Cheese grated, 3 tbsp
  9. Butter 3 tbsp
  10. Pavbhaji Masala 2 tbsp
  11. Peas 1 cup
  12. Cumin seeds 1 tsp


  1. Melt butter in pressure cooker. Splutter cumin seeds. Add ginger garlic paste and saute until raw aroma disappears
  2. Add all the veggies and saute for 2 minutes
  3. Add all spices, salt and mix well. Saute for 1 minute Add adequate water and mix
  4. Pressure cook until 4 whistles. Once steam is released, mash the veggies well
  5. Sprinkle Cheese on top. Serve hot with toasted pav bread, chopped onion and lemon wedges
