ABOUT Steamed Veggies with Curd Dip RECIPE

Though kids are not so fond of veggies, but serving veggies in this form will make your kids fall in love with veggies.

Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. 1 cup Cauliflower florets
  2. 1 cup potatoes (diced)
  3. 1/2 cup carrot (diced)
  4. 1/2 cup peas
  5. 1/2 cup paneer cubes
  6. Salt (to taste)
  7. 1/2 teaspoon black pepper powder
  8. 1 teaspoon chaat masala
  9. lemon juice 1 tablespoon
  10. For dip:
  11. 1 cup thick curd
  12. 1 cup coriander leaves
  13. 2 tablespoon mint leaves
  14. 5-6 garlic cloves
  15. 1 inch piece Ginger
  16. 1 green chilli
  17. 1/4 teaspoon cumin seeds
  18. Salt (to taste)

Instructions

  1. TAKE 1 CUP EACH OF POTATO , PEAS, 1/2 CUP EACH OF CAULIFLOWER FLORETS ,CARROTS
  2. STEAM VEGGIES TILL SOFT
  3. IN A GRINDER, ADD 1 INCH GINGER PIECE, 6-7 GARLIC CLOVES
  4. ADD 1 TBSP CORIANDER, 1/2 TBSP MINT, 1 GREEN CHILI
  5. ADD 1 CUP THICK CURD, SALT , 1/2 TSP CUMIN, BLEND TO SMOOTH PUREE
  6. SEASON STEAMED VEGGIES WITH SALT, PEPPER, CHAT MASALA, LEMON JUICE. SERVE WITH CURD DIP
