ABOUT Panasa Aaku RECIPE

A very healthy and a must try tasty version of idli recipe for the kids. Kids will love this lip smacking version of idli.

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Jack fruit leaves - 4
  2. Grated carrot - 1/4 cup
  3. Almond slices - As required
  4. Pepper powder - 1/4 teaspoon
  5. Curry leaves - 1 teaspoon
  6. Idli batter - 1 cup or more as required
  7. Ghee - 2 tablespoon
  8. Salt - to taste

Instructions

  1. ASSEMBLE THE INGREDIENTS.
  2. ADD SALT, ALMONDS PEPPER, CURRY LEAVES, 2 TBSP CARROT TO BATTER AND MIX WELL
  3. WASH THE JACKFRUIT LEAVES, PLACE THEM IN GLASSES FORMING A CONE
  4. GREASE THE LEAVES
  5. POUR THE IDLI BATTER MIX INTO THE LEAF CONES.
  6. SPRINKLE GRATED CARROT AND STEAM FOR 15 MINUTES OVER MEDIUM HEAT. SERVE WARM
