ABOUT Tomato Chutney RECIPE

This is a delicious chuney or dip is fantastic.sweet and sour this chutney can served with parantha, sandwith topping or accompainment.

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 1 cup tomato puree
  2. 1 tsp oil
  3. 1/2 tsp Black jeera
  4. 1/2 tsp fennel seeds
  5. 1/2 tsp Mustard seeds
  6. 1/2 tsp jeera
  7. hing - pinch
  8. salt to taste
  9. haldi - 1/4 tsp
  10. 1/2 tsp red chili powder
  11. 1/2 tsp garam masala
  12. 1 tsp sugar

Instructions

  1. HEAT OIL IN PAN
  2. ADD RAI AND HING. SPLUTTER MUSTARD SEEDS
  3. ADD TOMATO PUREE AND STIR
  4. COOK UNTIL OIL STARTS LEAVING THE SIDES
  5. ADD SPICES , LEMON JUICE , LITTLE WATER. MIX WELL AND COVER PAN
  6. AND SUGAR AND MIX. COOK UNTIL IT THICKENS
  7. OUR CHUTNEY IS READY
