Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 1 cup Mogar soaked for 1 hour
  2. Wheat flour 2 cup
  3. besan 1/2 cup
  4. Dried methi leaves 2 tbsp
  5. mirchi powder 2 tsp
  6. til 1/2 tsp
  7. hing a pinch
  8. saunf 1 tsp
  9. oil 2 tsp
  10. haldi half tsp
  11. salt to taste

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix all ingredients, add required water and knead to smooth dough. Rest for 20 minutes
  2. Divide dough into equal portions. Roll out into parathas
  3. Heat Tawa, cook parathas on both sides until golden brown on both sides. Drizzle oil on edges.Serve hot with curd or pickle
