  1. oil 2tbsp
  2. garlic 4-5
  3. Green chilli 1
  4. onion bulbs chopped
  5. tomato 1 chopped
  6. salt to taste
  7. turmeric powder 1/4 tsp
  8. Red chilli powder 1/2 tsp
  9. coriander powder 1/2 tsp
  10. potatoes 2 chopped
  11. water as required
  12. Spring onion chopped 150 gm
  13. Fresh coriander leaves for garnishing

Instructions

  1. HARI PYAZ ALU KI SABJI
  2. HEAT OIL IN A KADHAI
  3. ADD GARLIC CRUSHED AND GREEN CHILLI CHOPPED
  4. ADD ONION BULBS CHOPPED
  5. WHEN ONIONS ARE TRANSLUCENT ADD TOMATOES CHOPPED
  6. ADD LITTLE SALT
  7. ADD ALL DRY SPICES WHEN TOMATOES ARE COOKED AND MUSHY
  8. ADD LITTLE WATER AND COOK THE MASALAS PROPERLY
  9. ADD DICED POTATOES
  10. CLOSE THE LID AND LET THE POTATOES COOK FOR 5-7 MINUTES
  11. OPEN THE LID AND CHECK IF THE POTATOES ARE COOKED
  12. ADD SPRING ONION GREENS WHEN THE POTATOES ARE COOKED
  13. STIR WELL AND COOK FOR 4-5 MINUTES
  14. GARNISH WITH FRESH CORIANDER LEAVES
  15. SERVE HOT WITH PHULKAS AND DAL RICE TO MAKE A COMPLETE SATISFACTORY MEAL
