  5. Milk 1 Cup

Instructions

  1. ADD HONEY, BANANA AND APPLE IN A BLENDER
  2. ADD ALMONDS
  3. ADD MILK
  4. BLEND THE MIXTURE TO SMOOTH PUREE
  5. STRAIN SMOOTHIE AND SERVE
