Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 1 cup grated cabbage
  2. 1 cup boiled noodles
  3. 1/2 cup finely chopped capsicum
  4. 1/2 cup oats
  5. 1/2 Cup maida
  6. Salt and black pepper to taste
  7. Oil for deep frying

Instructions

  1. ASSEMBLE ALL THE INGREDIENTS
  2. ADD ALL THE INGREDIENTS IN A MIXING BOWL
  3. MIX WELL TO FORM A DOUGH
  4. MAKE SMALL EQUAL SIZED BALLS
  5. DEEP FRY IN HOT OIL OVER MEDIUM HEAT UNTIL GOLDEN BROWN AND CRISP
  6. DRAIN EXCESS OIL AND SERVE
