Bhindi or Okra is a popular vegetable in India. Lots of recipes are being prepared using this vegetable Bhindi masala, bharwa bhindi, dahi bhindi, bhindi fry etc. I often prepare this chat at home. Kids friendly, easy to prepare and require few ingredients, this dish tastes awesome.

Large onion - 1 thinly sliced

Instructions

CUT BHINDI INTO THIN ROUNDS
DEEP FRY 1 SLICED ONION TILL BROWN AND CRISP, KEEP IT ASIDE
FRY 2 CHOPPED GREEN CHILIES TILL ITS CRISP, KEEP IT ASIDE
FRY SLICED OKRA OVER LOW HEAT UNTIL BROWN AND CRISP
DRAIN EXCESS OIL FROM ONION, CHILIES , OKRA ON A KITCHEN TOWEL AND TRANSFER TO SERVING PLATE
ADD 1/2 TSP ROASTED CUMIN, 1 TSP CORIANDER POWDER, 1.5 TSP CHAT MASALA , SALT AND TOSS WELL
SERVE HOT
