ABOUT Garlic Mint Chutney RECIPE

Its a perfect dip to serve with any kind of starters or dal rice. Perfect spice with garlic flavour and a hint of roasted cumin enhances the flavour of the dish.

Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. Pudina (mint leaves) 1 cup
  2. Coriander leaves 1 cup
  3. 1/2 Tomato chopped
  4. Garlic 6-7 cloves
  5. Green chilies 3 - adjust
  6. Salt to taste
  7. Black salt to taste
  8. Roasted cumin powder 1 tsp
  9. Juice of 1 Lemon

Instructions

  1. ADD MINT LEAVES, CORIANDER LEAVES AND TOMATO TO GRINDER.
  2. ADD GREEN CHILIES , GARLIC AND CUMIN POWDER
  3. ADD SALT, BLACK SALT AND LEMON JUICE AND BLEND TO A COARSE CHUTNEY
  4. SERVE WITH ANY STARTER OR PAKODAS.
