Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Biscuits 10
  2. Sugar 3 tablespoon
  3. Baking powder 1/4 teaspoon
  4. Cocoa powder 1/4 tsp
  5. Milk 1/3 cup
  6. Chocolate syrup 2 tablespoon
  7. 1/4 cup Fennel balls for garnishing
  8. Eno 1/4 teaspoon

Instructions

  1. GRIND BISCUITS INTO FINE POWDER.
  2. SIEVE BISCUIT POWDER IN A BOWL
  3. ADD SUGAR , BAKING POWDER AND COCOA POWDER. MIX WELL
  4. SIEVE MIXTURE TWICE
  5. ADD MILK TO MIXTURE AND MIX WELL
  6. ADD ENO AND MIX WELL
  7. PREHEAT AAPE PAN AND GREASE WITH OIL
  8. POUR BATTER INTO PAN
  9. COVER AND COOK FOR 5-6 MINUTES OVER MEDIUM HEAT
  10. FLIP AND COOK
  11. COOK UNTIL DONE
  12. COOL BALLS COMPLETELY
  13. INSERT LOLLIPOP STICK IN TO CAKE BALLS
  14. DIP BALLS INTO CHOCOLATE SYRUP
  15. GARNISH WITH FENNEL BALLS
  16. BISCUIT CAKE LOLLIPOP ARE READY TO BE SERVED
