  1. Oil 2 tbsp
  2. Cumin seeds 1 tsp
  3. Hing a pinch
  4. Ginger garlic 1 tsp
  5. Green chili 1 chopped
  6. Onion 1 chopped
  7. Tomato 1 , chopped
  8. Salt to taste
  9. Turmeric powder 1/4 tsp
  10. Red chili powder 3/4 tsp
  11. Coriander powder 1/2 tsp
  12. Garam masala 1/2 tsp
  13. Curd 1 tbsp
  14. Cauliflower 150 gms
  15. Potatoes 2, chopped
  16. 3 tbsp Fresh coriander leaves for garnishing

Instructions

  1. HEAT OIL IN A KADAI
  2. ADD AND SPLUTTER CUMIN SEEDS AND HING
  3. ADD GINGER GARLIC, GREEN CHILI AND SAUTE UNTIL RAW AROMA DISAPPEARS
  4. ADD ONIONS AND SAUTE UNTIL TRANSLUCENT
  5. ADD TOMATOES AND COOK UNTIL TENDER
  6. ADD SALT AND MIX WELL
  7. ADD ALL DRY SPICES AND COOK FOR A MINUTE
  8. ADD WHISKED CURD AND MIX BRISKLY TILL OIL SEPARATES
  9. SAUTE FOR MORE 2 MINUTES
  10. ADD VEGGIES AND MIX WELL
  11. COOK FOR 10 MINUTES UNTIL TENDER
  12. FRY ON HIGH FLAME FOR 1 MINUTE AND GARNISH WITH CORIANDER LEAVES
  13. SERVE WARM WITH POORI, PARATHAS
