Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 1 cup Vermicelli
  2. 1.5 cups water
  3. 1/2 cup peas
  4. 1/2 cup carrot (chopped)
  5. 1/2 cup onion (sliced)
  6. 1 teaspoon rai
  7. 8-10 curry leaves
  8. 1 teaspoon oil
  9. Salt to taste
  10. 1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder
  11. 1/2 teaspoon kashmiri red chili powder

Instructions

  1. HEAT OIL IN A PAN
  2. SPLUTTER MUSTARD SEEDS. ADD CURRY LEAVES.
  3. ADD ONIONS AND SAUTE UNTIL TRANSLUCENT.
  4. ADD CHOPPED CARROTS AND MIX.
  5. ADD PEAS AND MIX.
  6. ADD VERMICELLI AND MIX WELL.
  7. ADD WATER AND MIX WELL
  8. ADD SALT, TURMERIC POWDER AND RED CHILI POWDER. MIX WELL. COVER AND COOK FOR 7-8 MINUTES. SERVE WARM

Really appreciate your effort. Since I am born and brought with vermicelli. I have 2 pts to add. Vermicelli should be dry roasted before usage. It will be given in the instructions in the package. When you add rava/ vermicelli/millet/ rice , salt should be added to water first before adding vermicelli.
