Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Milk 1 litre
  2. Sugar 4 tsp
  3. Whole Wheat grains 1/2 cup
  4. Almond and pistachio finely chopped 3-4 tbsp

Instructions

  1. WASH WHEAT WITH WATER TWICE
  2. ADD WHEAT WITH 3 CUPS WATER IN PRESSURE COOKER
  3. PRESSURE COOK UP TO 4 WHISTLES, SIMMER FOR 5 MINUTES
  4. BOIL MILK IN A PAN
  5. REDUCE HEAT AND COOK UNTIL MILK REDUCES BY HALF
  6. STIR MILK CONSTANTLY
  7. ADD WHEAT , ALMOND,SUGAR INTO MILK AND MIX IT WELL.
  8. STIR AND BOIL FOR 5-6 MINUTES.
  9. COOK UNTIL DESIRED CONSISTENCY IS ACHIEVED
  10. POUR IT INTO SERVING BOWL AND GARNISH IT WITH CHOPPED DRY FRUITS. SERVE
