Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Dough of whole wheat flour /maida - 4 servings
  2. oil 3 tsp
  3. ginger garlic and chili paste 1 tsp
  4. Green capsicum, chopped 4 tsp
  5. onion, chopped 4 tsp
  6. Soya sauce 2 tsp
  7. salt to taste

Instructions

  1. HEAT OIL IN A PAN
  2. ADD GINGER GARLIC ,CHILI PASTE AND SAUTE FOR 2 MINUTES
  3. ADD ONIONS AND SAUTE FOR 2 MINUTES
  4. ADD CABBAGE AND CAPSICUM.
  5. MIX WELL. SAUTE FOR 3-4 MINUTES
  6. ADD SOYA SAUCE.
  7. ADD SALT. MIX WELL
  8. ALLOW STUFFING TO COOL
  9. DIVIDE DOUGH INTO EQUAL PORTIONS
  10. ROLL INTO SMALL DISCS
  11. ADD STUFFING AT CENTER. SEAL AND SHAPE DISCS LIKE POTLIS
  12. STEAM MOMOS FOR 10-15 MINUTES.
  13. SERVE HOT WITH SCHEZWAN CHUTNEY
