Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Whole wheat flour - 1 cup
  2. Sugar powder - 1/3 cup
  3. Ghee-4 tbsp
  4. Cardamon powder - 1 tsp
  5. Crushed nuts - 2 tbsp (cashew, pista, almonds)
  6. Spice powders :
  7. Ginger powder - 1/4 tsp
  8. Fresh crushed pepper - 1/4 tsp
  9. Garam masala powder - 1/4 tsp

Instructions

  1. ADD 1CUP WHEAT FLOUR IN A PAN. DRY ROAST FOR 4 - 5 MINUTES ON LOW TO MEDIUM FLAME UNTIL AROMATIC AND SLIGHT GOLDEN BROWN
  2. ADD 4 TBSP GHEE. MIX WELL AND SAUTE FOR 2 MINUTES OVER MEDIUM HEAT
  3. ADD CRUSHED DRY FRUITS AND CONTINUE TO SAUTE FOR ANOTHER 2 TO 3 MINUTES
  4. ADD 1/3 CUP SUGAR , 1 TSP CARDAMON POWDER MIX WELL
  5. ADD SPICE POWDERS :1/4 TSP GINGER POWDER, 1/4 TSP PEPPER,1/4 TSP GARAM MASALA
  6. MIX WELL AND TRANSFER TO A LARGE PLATE
  7. GREASE PALMS, TAKE SMALL AMOUNT OF MIXTURE AND SHAPE LIKE LADOOS BY CLOSING FIST 5-6 TIMES WHILE MIXTURE IS STILL WARM. STORE IN AIR TIGHT CONTAINER
