Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. 200 gms mushroom, chopped
  2. 1 cup spinach leaves chopped
  3. 3-4 tbsp amul cream
  4. Salt and pepper to taste
  5. 1 tsp Ginger garlic paste
  6. 1 small onion chopped
  7. 1 big tomato chopped
  8. 2 tsp kitchen king masala
  9. 1 tbsp chili powder (adjust)
  10. 2 tsp coriander powder
  11. 1 tsp cumin powder
  12. 1 tsp garam masala
  13. 1/2 tsp lemon juice (optional)

Instructions

  1. ASSEMBLE THE INGREDIENTS
  2. HEAT OIL IN A PAN, ADD ONIONS AND GINGER GARLIC PASTE
  3. SAUTE UNTIL RAW AROMA GOES AWAY AND ONIONS ARE TRANSLUCENT
  4. ADD ALL MASALAS AND TOMATOES
  5. MIX WELL
  6. SAUTE UNTIL TOMATOES ARE TENDER
  7. ADD MUSHROOMS AND MIX WELL
  8. ADD 3/4 CUP WATER AND SALT. MIX WELL
  9. COVER AND COOK UNTIL MUSHROOM IS TENDER
  10. ADD SPINACH LEAVES AND MIX WELL
  11. COVER AND COOK SPINACH UNTIL TENDER
  12. ADD CREAM, MIX WELL. SWITCH OFF, BEFORE SERVING ADD LIME JUICE FOR ADDITIONAL TASTE
  13. GARNISH AND SERVE WITH ROTI OR RICE
