Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. Boiled Mixed Sprouts 1/2 Cup
  2. Potato 1 medium sized, chopped
  3. Carrot 1 medium size, chopped
  4. Peas 1/4 cup
  5. Peanuts 1-2 tbsp
  6. Ginger 1 inch , chopped
  7. Coriander leaves 3 tbsp, chopped
  8. Bread Toast/ Rusk -5
  9. Red chili powder - 1 tbsp - adjust
  10. Turmeric powder 1/2 tsp
  11. Coriander powder 1 tsp
  12. Garam masala powder 3/4 tsp
  13. Salt to taste
  14. Besan flour paste 1/4 cup
  15. Oil for shallow frying

Instructions

  1. BOIL POTATOES, CARROT AND PEAS IN A VESSEL UNTIL TENDER
  2. POWDER 5 RUSKS COARSELY
  3. COARSELY GRIND BOILED SPROUTS
  4. IN A BOWL,MIX PEANUTS, GARAM MASALA, TURMERIC, CORIANDER, RED CHILI POWDER AND SALT
  5. ADD GROUND SPROUTS AND BOILED VEGETABLES.MIX WELL
  6. ADD FINELY CHOPPED GINGER
  7. ADD LITTLE GROUND CRUMBS AND CORIANDER LEAVES.MIX WELL
  8. SHAPE MIXTURE INTO CUTLETS
  9. DIP CUTLETS IN BESAN PASTE THEN ROLL THEM OVER GROUND CRUMBS
  10. SHALLOW FRY THE CUTLETS OVER LOW FLAME UNTIL GOLDEN BROWN ON BOTH SIDES. SERVE HOT
