  1. All Purpose Flour/Maida 1 cup
  2. sugar 1/2 cup
  3. butter 1/2 cup
  4. Milk 3/4 cup
  5. Baking powder 1/2 tbsp
  6. Baking Soda 1/4 tsp
  7. Vanilla essence 1/2 Tbsp
  8. oil 1/4 cup
  9. Dark Chocolate 1 Cup, chopped
  10. White Chocolate 1 Cup, chopped

Instructions

  1. WHISK 1/2 CUP BUTTER IN A BOWL UNTIL LIGHT AND FLUFFY
  2. ADD 1/2 CUP SUGAR, 1/4 CUP OIL, WHISK WELL FOR 3 MINS
  3. ADD 1/2 TBSP VANILLA ESSENCE, 1/4 CUP MILK
  4. WHISK MIXTURE FOR 2 MINS
  5. ADD 1 CUP FLOUR, 1/2 TBSP BAKING POWDER, 1/4 TSP BAKING SODA, BLEND UNTIL WELL COMBINED
  6. ADD 1/2 CUP MILK, BLEND WELL
  7. FILL BATTER IN A PIPING BAG
  8. PIPE BATTER IN CAKE POP MOLDS
  9. COVER THE MOLD
  10. BAKE IN PREHEATED OVEN AT 150 DEGREES FOR 15 MINS
  11. MELT 1 CUP DARK CHOCOLATE FOR 1-2 MINS ON HIGH IN MICROWAVE
  12. DIP THE POP STICKS IN MELTED CHOCOLATE, AND THEN INSERT THEM INTO THE BAKED POPS
  13. NOW DIP THE CAKE POPS IN MELTED CHOCOLATE UNTIL ITS WELL COATED
  14. DECORATE WITH SPRINKLES
  15. DECORATE POPS WITH 1 CUP MELTED WHITE CHOCOLATE
  16. COOL, SET & SERVE
