Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. 1 cup quakers white oats
  2. 1 cup boiled or fine cut veggies of choice
  3. 1 cup grated paneer
  4. 1 boiled potato mash
  5. 1 small tomato fine chopped
  6. 1 small onion
  7. salt to taste
  8. 1 /4teaspn pepper powder
  9. Cummin corriander powder as optional
  10. 1 tspn red chilli kashmiri not hot
  11. 2 tblspn amul milk
  12. 1 cheese slice
  13. Some ginger garlic paste for gravy
  14. 2 tblspn tomato puree
  15. Some corriander

Instructions

  1. HEAT OIL AND SAUTE VEGGIES ONION AND TOMATOES
  2. ADD OATS AND DRY ROAST MIX FOR 1 MINUTE
  3. MASH PANEER ,POTATO ,AND A CHEESE SLICE ,NOW ADD THE OATS MIX
  4. MIX MASH WELL
  5. ADD 2 TBLSPN WHEAT FLOUR
  6. GREASE AND FIRM DOUGH
  7. GREASE HANDS AND ROLL OUT KOFTAS OBLONG
  8. KEEP READY TO FRY IN REFRIGERATOR TO FIRM UP LITTLE MORE
  9. JUST BEFORE FRYING ROLL OUT IN BREAD CRUMBS
  10. HEAT OIL AND START FRYING TWO AT A TIME
  11. FRY GOLDEN BROWN
  12. KEEP THE SAUCY GRAVY READY AS FOR KOFTA CURRY OPTIONAL TO TASTE OF YOUR KIDS
  13. POUR THE GRAVY FOR USING AS DELICIOUS KOFTA FOR YOUR CHILD AND READY FOR LUNCH
  14. ADD SOME MILK WHILE WARM SO IT SEEPS IN TO GIVE GREAT TASTE
  15. GARNISH WITH SALTED OR PLAIN CASHEWS AND CORRIANDER
