  1. 1 cup sooji
  2. 1/4 cup boil peas
  3. 1/4 cup corn
  4. 1/4 cup carrot
  5. 1/4 cup capsicum
  6. 1/2 cup onion
  7. 2 tsp ghee
  8. 1 tsp rai
  9. hing
  10. Curry leaves
  11. salt
  12. haldi
  13. lemon juice
  14. water

Instructions

  1. HEAT GHEE AND ADD JEERA
  2. ADD CURRY LEAVES
  3. NOW ADD CHOPPED ONION
  4. SAUTE ONION THEN ADD SUJI
  5. NOW ADD BELL PEPPER PEAS AND CORN
  6. THEN ADD WATERSTIR AND MIX
  7. ADD LEMON JUICE
  8. OUR VEGETABLE UPMA IS READY
  9. SERVE HOT
