Checked with an expert. We can use only frozen deseeded banana(Nendram/ Kerala banana) and very small ginger preferably 2 ginger Julienne. Blend frozen banana and very small ginger. Donot blend with honey. Can drizzle honey while serving. We need to consume immediately. Thanks for sharing recipe. Learnt something new today.
