ABOUT Homemade Manchow Soup RECIPE

Indo Chinese cuisine is incomplete without mouth watering and tasty Manchow Soup, it serves as a best starter and is very easy to make.

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 1 tsp oil
  2. 1 tbsp butter
  3. 1 tbsp garlic
  4. 1 tbsp ginger
  5. 2 Tbsp cauliflower
  6. 2 tbsp capsicum
  7. 2 tbsp carrot
  8. 2 tbsp cabbage
  9. 1 tbsp tomato
  10. 2 Tbsp cornflour
  11. 3 Maggie magic cubes
  12. salt to taste
  13. 2 tbsp tomato ketchup
  14. 4 cups of water
  15. 1 tbsp coriander leaves
  16. 1 tsp soy sauce
  17. 1/2 tsp black pepper powder
  18. 2 tbsp mushroom

Instructions

  1. IN HOT PAN ADD 1 TSP OIL, 1 TSP BUTTER, 1 TBSP GINGER- GARLIC
  2. ADD 2 TBSP WHITE ONIONS, 2 TBSP BEANS, 2 TBSP CARROT
  3. ADD 2 TBSP MUSHROOMS, 2 TBSP CAPSICUM, 2 TBSP CAULIFLOWER
  4. ADD 2 TBSP CABBAGE, 2 TBSP TOMATO, 2 TBSP CORIANDER
  5. SAUTE FOR 2 MINUTES
  6. ADD 4 CUPS OF WATER
  7. ADD SALT & 1/2 TSP PEPPER
  8. ADD 3 MAGGI MAGIC CUBES ( VEGETABLE STOCK CUBES)
  9. ADD CORNFLOUR SLURRY (2 TBSP CORNFLOUR + 1/2 CUP WATER)
  10. REMOVE THE SCUM
  11. ADD 1/2 TSP SOYA SAUCE & 1 TSP TOMATO KETCHUP
