Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. Sprouted green moong-3 cups
  2. Onion - 1 chopped
  3. Tomatoe - 1 chopped
  4. Green chillies - 2 chopped fine
  5. Boiled potatoes - 2
  6. Spice powders -:
  7. Garam Masala powder - 1/2 tsp
  8. Amchoor powder - 1/2 tsp
  9. Red chilli powder - 1/2 tsp
  10. Tandoori masala powder - 1/2 tsp(optional)
  11. Salt to taste
  12. Poha - 3/4 cup
  13. oil to fry
  14. Cornflour -2tbsp

Instructions

  1. COARSELY GRIND SPROUTS WITH ONION, TOMATOE, GREEN CHILLIES. ADD SPICE POWDERS AND SALT MIX
  2. NOW ADD 2 BOILED POTATOES AND MASH WITH A FORK. ADD A TBSP OF CORNFLOUR
  3. ADD SOME WHOLE SPROUTS AND MIX
  4. TAKE SOME MIXTURE SHAPE INTO A PATTIE
  5. COAT WITH POHA/FLATTENED RICE
  6. SHALLOW FRY ON BOTH SIDES DRIZZLING LITTLE OIL WHEN REQUIRED
