Today I prepared mouse pan cake , i added spring onion,and Jaggery ,its taste is yummmy ,kids do love it

  1. Egg 1ta
  2. Salt as per necessary
  3. Jaggery 1/2 tsp
  4. Oil optional
  5. Green chilli 1/2tsp small pieces
  6. Spring onion 3/4 tsp small pieces
  7. Wheat flour 1/3 cup

Instructions

  1. ALL INGREDIENTS
  2. TAKE A BOWL ADD ALL INGREDIENTS, MIX IT WELL
  3. TAKE A KODAI ADD WATER/ OIL PUT THE MIXTURE FRY IT WELL AND FRY THE OTHERS SIDE
  4. NOW KEEP IT ON A PLATE
