Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. 1 cup wheat flour
  2. 2 boiler potatoes
  3. 11/2 tsp Ajwain
  4. 1/2 tsp garam masala
  5. 1/2 tsp cumin powder
  6. 2tbsp ghee
  7. 1-2 tbsp finely chopped green chillies
  8. Salt to taste
  9. 2tbsp semolina

Instructions

  1. INGREDIENTS 1CUP FLOUR 2 BOILED POTATOES 11/2 TSP AJWAIN 2TBSP SEMOLINA 1/2 TSP GARAM MASALA 1/2 TSP CUMIN POWDER 2TBSP GHEE SALT TO TASTE WATER FOR KNEADING 1-2 TBSP GREEN CHILLIES (ADJUST)
  2. MASH THE POTATOES, ADD GREEN CHILLIES, SALT MASALAS, SEMOLINA, AJWAIN
  3. MIX WELL
  4. ADD FLOUR AND WATER
  5. KNEAD THE DOUGH , ADD 2TBP GHEE
  6. KNEAD DOUGH AND KEEP IT ASIDE
  7. MAKE BALLS FROM DOUGH, START ROLLING THE PARATHAS
  8. HEAT THE TAWA AND GENTLY PLACE PARATHAS
  9. FLIP AND COOK BOTH SIDES
  10. WHEN SUFFICIENTLY BROWNED, SMEAR BUTTER OR GHEE
  11. COOK UNTIL ALL PARATHAS ARE COMPLETED
  12. SERVE HOT WITH CURD, PICKLE OR CURRY
