ABOUT MAGIC CHOCOLATE BALL RECIPE

This magic chocolate ball is all in one recipe with many combinations of kids favorite ice-cream, chocolate ball, and hot ganache. Kids refuse to eat banana and even some fruits. To feed them healthy, combination of apple n banana joins to become an ice-cream. To a surprise it's been served with chocolate ball and garnished with hot chocolate ganache which is unusual at home. Love and patience together can serve a restaurant style dessert to our kids.

Ingredients Serving: 6

  1. Apple Banana Ice-cream
  2. Apple 1
  3. banana 2
  4. Whipping cream 1cup
  5. Vanilla essence 1/2 teaspoon
  6. Sugar Powder 1/2 cup
  7. Choco chips 1/4 cup
  8. For Magic chocolate Ball
  9. Chocolate compound 1cup
  10. Silicon mould
  11. For Chocolate Ganache
  12. Chocolate compound 1/4cup
  13. Whipping cream 3/4 cup

Instructions

  1. INGREDIENTS FOR APPLE BANANA ICE-CREAM.
  2. CUT APPLE AND BANANA INTO SLICES AND ADD IN THE BLENDER.
  3. ADD VANILLA ESSENCE TO THE FRUIT PULP.
  4. WHISK WHIPPING CREAM TO SOFT PEAKS.ADD POWDER AND BEAT TO STIFF PEAKS.
  5. MIX FRUIT PULP MIXTURE TO THE WHIPPED CREAM.
  6. TRANSFER TO A ICE-CREAM TRAY AND TAP THRICE TO LEVEL. ADD CHOCO CHIPS.
  7. PLACE IT IN A FREEZER COMPARTMENT. OVERNIGHT IT WILL SET.
  8. FOR MAGIC BALL MELT COMPOUND CHOCOLATE IN A DOUBLE BOILER METHOD.
  9. ADD MELTED CHOCOLATE TO SEMICIRCLE SILICON MOULD.SPREAD CHOCOLATE MIXTURE EVENLY WITH SILICON BRUSH.
  10. LEVEL EVENLY AND PLACE IN THE FRIDGE. AFTER TEN MINUTES APPLY SECOND COAT OF CHOCOLATE AND FREEZE.
  11. DEMOULD.
  12. CHOCOLATE SPHERE ARE READY.
  13. FOR MAKING CHOCOLATE GANACHE ADD CHOCOLATE COMPOUND AND WHIPPING CREAM AND BOIL IN DOUBLE BOILER METHOD. KEEP IT IN SIM TILL WE ASSEMBLE THE MAGIC BALL.
  14. WARM A PLATE AND LEVEL THE SURFACE OF THE SPHERE.
  15. CHECK IF ITS PROPER.
  16. SPREAD RICE BALLS AS A BASE. PLACE SEMICIRCLE BALL WITH A SCOOP OF APPLE BANANA ICE-CREAM AND SPRINKLE WITH SUGAR BALLS, SILVER BALLS AND CHOCO CHIPS.
  17. WHEN INSIDE SURPRISE IS SET WARM THE BASE OF THE OTHER SEMICIRCLE AND FIX CORRECTLY.
  18. TRANSFER HOT CHOCOLATE GANACHE IN A POURER.
  19. ADD SOME GLAZED CHERRIES, SILVER BALLS TO THE RICE BALLS AND SOME COLOURED SPRINKLERS ON THE CHOCOLATE BALL.IT'S ALL SET FOR THE SURPRISE FOR THE LOVELY KIDS.
  20. NOW THE MAGIC GOING TO TAKE PLACE. POUR HOT CHOCOLATE GANACHE ON TOP OF THE CHOCOLATE BALL.
  21. THERE THE MAGIC STARTED WITH THE MELTING OF CHOCOLATE BALL.
  22. CHOCOLATE BALL, HOT CHOCOLATE GANACHE, FRUIT ICE-CREAM, CRUNCHY RICE BALLS, CHERRIES AND COLOURFUL SPRINKLERS WHAT ELSE NEEDED TO PLEASE A KID.
  23. EVERY SPOON IS YUM AND HEALTHY FOR KIDS. MAGIC, HEALTHY AND TREAT FOR EYES TOO.
