ABOUT Vegetable Hakka Noodles RECIPE

Hakka noodles is all time kids favouite recipe . Good for after school in winters .

Ingredients Serving: 6

  1. Noodles 200 grams
  2. Garlic chopped 1table spoon
  3. 1/2cup sliced onion
  4. 1 sliced chilli
  5. 1cup sliced capsicum
  6. 1/2cup sliced carrot
  7. 1/2cup sliced beans
  8. 2table spoon sliced springs onion
  9. 3 table sooon oil
  10. 2 teaspoons soya sauce
  11. 1table spoon vinegar
  12. 1 table spoon chilli sauce
  13. 1 rabke sooon noodlemasala
  14. Salt to taste
  15. Pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. BOIL 500 ML WATER WITH 1 TSP SALT, 1 TBSP OIL
  2. ADD 200 GMS NOODLES
  3. BOIL FOR 7-8 MINS
  4. DRAIN, WASH NOODLES IN COLD WATER
  5. HEAT 3 TBSP OIL, ADD 1 TBSP CHOPPED GARLIC
  6. ADD 1 SLIT GREEN CHILLI
  7. ADD 1/2 CUP ONION, SAUTE TILL TRANSLUCENT
  8. ADD 1 CUP SLICED CAPSICUM, 1/2 CUP CARROT
  9. ADD 1/2 CUP CORN
  10. ADD SALT TO TASTE
  11. ADD 1/4 TSP PEPPER
  12. ADD 1/4 TSP CHILLI FLAKES
  13. ADD THE BOILED NOODLES, MIX
  14. ADD 2 TSP SOYA SAUCE, 1 TBSP VINEGAR
  15. ADD 1 TBSP RED CHILLI SAUCE
  16. TOSS & COOK FOR 2-3 MINS
  17. ADD 2 TBSP SPRING ONION GREENS
