  1. Dosa rice 3 cup
  2. urad dal 1 cup
  3. Salt 1 tsp
  4. Water
  5. Spinach 1 cup
  6. Beetroot chopped 1/2 cup
  7. Carrot chopped 1/2 cup
  8. Apple chopped 1/2 cup
  9. Cooking oil 1/4 cup

Instructions

  1. SEPARATE DOSA BATTER INTO 4 PART, GRIND SEPARATELY BY ADDING CARROT, BEETROOT SPINACH AND APPLE.
  2. GRIND SMOOTHLY AND ALLOW IT TO FERMENTATION FOR 6-7 HOURS.
  3. APPLY OIL AND HEAT AN IRON TAVA, FILL THE COLORFUL DOSA BATTER SEPARATELY INSIDE THE TEA STRAINERS.
  4. HOLD RIGHT ABOVE THE TAVA GENTLY SHAKE UP USING A TEA SPOON SO THAT THE COLOR BATTER STARTS FALLING.
  5. MOVE THE STRAINER HERE AND THERE TO FILL THE AREA AND YOUR WISHED DESIGN.
  6. NOW YOU GET THE EVENLY FILLED DESIGN, CLOSE THE LID AND COOK IT FOR 1 MINUTE, NO NEED OF FLIP IT.
