ABOUT Healthy Fruity Pancakes RECIPE

Quick, tasty and soft pancakes been prepared from wheat flour, banana and Apple puree. It tastes amazing with honey and dry fruits.

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Wheat flour 3/4 cup
  2. maida or flour - 3 tbsp
  3. ghee - 2 tbsp
  4. sugar - 1 1/2 tbsp
  5. banana puree - 3tbsp
  6. apple puree - 3/4 cup
  7. cinnamon powder - 1 1/2 tsp
  8. Milk - 1 cup
  9. Baking powder - 1 1/2 tsp
  10. salt to taste.
  11. Serving - honey 1/4 cup, raisins, pomegranate arils

Instructions

  1. WHISK 2 TBSP GHEE & 1.5 TBSP SUGAR TILL FLUFFY
  2. ADD 3 TBSP BANANA PUREE, 3/4 CUP APPLE PUREE, WHISK
  3. ADD 1.5 TSP CINNAMON POWDER, CONTINUE TO WHISK
  4. ADD 1/2 CUP MILK, WHISK
  5. MIX 3/4 CUP WHEAT FLOUR, 3 TBSP FLOUR, 1/4 TSP SALT, 2 TSP BAKING POWDER
  6. ADD APPLE- BANANA MIX, WHISK
  7. ADD 1/2 CUP MILK, LITTLE AT A TIME, TILL YOU GET A DESIRED POURING CONSISTENCY
  8. COVER & KEEP ASIDE THE BATTER FOR 15 MINS
  9. ADD 2-3 CIRCLES OF BATTER ON A HOT, GREASED NON STICK PAN
  10. COOK FOR 2 MINS ON LOW HEAT
  11. FLIP SIDES & COOK TILL GOLDEN BROWN
