  1. Long grain basmati rice 1 cup
  2. Fried Baby corn
  3. Garlic 10 pods
  4. carrot
  5. beans
  6. Capsicum green
  7. Capsicum red
  8. Spring onion
  9. Cabbage
  10. Black pepper powder
  11. Salt
  12. soya sauce
  13. Tomato Sauce
  14. Olive oil

Instructions

  1. SOAK 1 CUP BASMATI RICE FOR 30 MINS, ADD 1/2 TSP OIL, COOK
  2. STRAIN WATER, KEEP TO COOL
  3. SAUTE 10 GARLIC CLOVES IN 3 TBSP HOT OIL, ADD SPRING ONIONS, CABBAGE, CARROTS, BEANS, CAPSICUM
  4. ADD 1/4 TSP PEPPER & SALT
  5. ADD 150 GMS FRIED BABYCORN
  6. ADD 1 TSP SOYA SAUCE
  7. ADD 1.5 TBSP TOMATO SAUCE
  8. ADD THE COOLED RICE, GENTLY MIX, SAUTE FOR 2 MINS
