ABOUT Low Fat Cheela RECIPE

Kathiyawadi pancake is the fusion of Baingan Bharta and besan cheela .this is very yummy combination ,which I ever make for my kiddos they are not eating vegetables so ,I always try new things in My Kitchen here is the best combination which I ever made so enjoy Kathiyawadi pancake.

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 3/4 cup gram flore( besan)
  2. 1/8 cup millet ( bajri) flore
  3. 1,1/2 tsp red chilli powder
  4. salt to taste
  5. Half teaspoon chat masala
  6. 1 teaspoons garam masala
  7. 1 teaspoon green chilli and garlic paste
  8. 1 tbsp green garlic chopped
  9. 1 tbsp coriander leaves chopped
  10. One and half cup baingan Bharta
  11. water as per need need to make better
  12. oil as per need to fry pan cake

Instructions

  1. TAKE 3/4 CUP GRAM FLOUR
  2. ADD 1/8 CUP MILLET ( BAJRA ) FLOUR
  3. ADD 1.5 TSP RED CHILI, 1/2 TSP TURMERIC
  4. ADD SALT, 1 TSP GARAM MASALA
  5. ADD 1/2 TSP CHAT MASALA, 1 TBSP GREEN GARLIC
  6. ADD 1.5 TSP GREEN CHILLI- GARLIC PASTE
  7. ADD 1 TBSP CORIANDER, 1/8 CUP BAINGAN BHARTA
  8. ADD SOME WATER, MIX
  9. MIX INTO A BATTER LIKE THIS, ADD 1 TBSP MORE BAINGAN BHARTA
  10. SPREAD SOME BATTER ONTO A HOT, GREASED TAVA
  11. COVER & COOK ON SLOW HEAT FOR 2-3 MINS
  12. FLIP AND COOK
  13. CHEELA IS READY
