ABOUT Rice Manchurian RECIPE

I made some indian rice balls and prepare some manchurian sauce and add the balls.

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. 1 cup rice
  2. 1 chopped onion
  3. Some chopped coriander
  4. 1/2 teaspoon red chilli powder
  5. Daniya powder 1/2 teaspoon
  6. Salt to taste
  7. Garam masala powder 1/4 teaspoon
  8. Ginger garlic paste 1/2 teaspoon
  9. Some water
  10. Besan flour 4 tablespoons
  11. Rice Flour 2 tablespoons
  12. Chopped ginger 1 teaspoon
  13. Chopped garlic 1 teaspoon
  14. Chopped. Onion 1/4cup
  15. Chopped capsicum 1/4 cup
  16. 2 teaspoon of lemon juice or Vinegar
  17. 2 teaspoon of soya sauce
  18. 2 teaspoon of red chilli sauce
  19. 3 Tablespoons of tomato sauce
  20. Pepper 1/4 teaspoon
  21. Salt to taste
  22. oil for deep fry

Instructions

  1. TAKE 1 CUP COOLED & COOKED RICE
  2. ADD 1 ONION, 1/2 TSP GINGER GARLIC PASTE, 2 TBSP CORIANDER
  3. ADD 4 TBSP CHICKPEA FLOUR, 2 TBSP RICE FLOUR
  4. ADD 1/2 TSP EACH OF RED CHILLI, CORIANDER & 1/4 TSP GARAM MASALA POWDERS
  5. ADD SALT
  6. ADD SOME WATER, MIX
  7. MAKE A DOUGH, SHAPE INTO BALLS
  8. BALLS ARE READY TO FRY
  9. DEEP FRY THE BALLS IN HOT OIL
  10. COOK FOR 3-4 MINS UNTIL GOLDEN BROWN & CRISP
  11. REMOVE & KEEP ASIDE
  12. HEAR 2 TSP OIL, ADD 1 TSP GINGER-GARLIC
  13. ADD 1/4 CUP ONIONS
  14. ADD 1 CAPSICUM
  15. ADD 2 TSP LEMON JUICE / VINEGAR
  16. ADD 2 TSP SOYA SAUCE
  17. ADD 2 TSP RED CHILLI SAUCE
  18. ADD 3 TBSP TOMATO SAUCE
  19. MIX WELL
  20. ADD SALT, 1/4 TSP PEPPER
  21. ADD 1/4 CUP WATER, COOK FOR 2 MINS
  22. ADD THE FRIED RICE BALLS
  23. STIR & MIX GENTLY
  24. MANCHURIAN IS READY
  25. TRANSFER TO A SERVING PLATE
  26. SPRINKLE CORIANDER, SERVE HOT
